l Brief Introduction

The Disposable trocar is mainly composed of a trocar cannula assembly and a puncture rod assembly. The trocar cannula assembly consists of upper shell, valve body, valve core, choke valve and lower casing. The puncture rod assembly is mainly composed of puncture cap, button, puncture tube and piercing head.

Intended use

This instrument can not be used in general contraindications of endoscopic surgery.

l  Attention

1. Endoscopic surgery can only be performed by physicians who have rich experience and are familiar with endoscopic techniques. Before surgery, physicians should consult relevant books and literature to understand the technology, complications and risks of endoscopy.

2. In the process of abdominal surgery, if the appropriate pneumoperitoneum is not formed and maintained, the available operating space may be reduced, thus hindering the forward movement of the puncture rod and increasing the risk of visceral tissue injury.

3. During laparoscopic abdominal surgery, patients should be in the head-down, foot-high supine position. When using the first puncture cannula, lift the lower abdominal wall with one hand and insert the cannula into the bladder at an angle of 45 degrees from the umbilical skin incision with the other hand.

4. Adhesion, anatomical abnormalities or other obstacles may prevent or delay, it may cause damage to internal organ structure of puncture head during blind puncture,Open laparoscopic surgery is recommended. 8. Before and after removal of the disposable puncture cannula from the abdominal cavity, please check the hemostasis of the surgical site. Hemorrhage can be controlled by electric burn or manual suture. According to the doctor's judgment, a laparotomy may be necessary.

9. If the skin incision is 10 mm or longer, the deep fascia should be closed to reduce the possibility of incisional hernia.
