Urology Non-Absorbable Plastic Ligation Loop

Brief Introduction

The Disposable ligation loop, as shown in figure 1 and 2 provide ligation with endoscope surgery. The device consists of a handle (ring or bar), metal pipe, distal round tip and suture loop.

Intended Use / Intended Purpose

The Disposable ligation loop is suitable for the ligation of blood vessels and other small lumen tissues during endoscopic surgery.

It is not suitable for tubal birth control ligation and other diseases that are not suitable for laparoscopic surgery.

Precautions

1. In the operation of urinary organs and bile ducts, we should try our best to avoid long-term contact with salt solution, otherwise there will be the risk of stone formation.

2.Before use, users should have the knowledge and experience of using non-absorbable sutures.

3.When additional support is needed for expansion, stretching and expansion at ligation sites, new ligation coils should be considered.

4. This product is manufactured in aseptic packaging. If the packaging is damaged, it is strictly prohibited to use.

5. The validity period of the product is three years after sterilization. Before using it, please check whether the product is valid or not. It is strictly prohibited to use the product beyond the validity period.

6. This product is aseptic, it is for single use, please destroy it according to the regulations after use. Secondary sterilization and reuse are strictly prohibited.

7. It must be operated by a trained and qualified surgeon. Aseptic operation standard should be strictly implemented when use this product.

Product performance

1.The torsion pull ring (torsion pull rod) is closely connected with the bearing rod without loosening, and can be separated from the bearing rod after rotating the torsion pull ring (torsion pull rod).

2. The torsion pull ring (torsion pull rod) is firmly connected with the sewing line. It should be able to withstand the tension of 15N for 60 seconds and keep open and not loose.

3The tensile strength of the anti-slip knot should be no less than 5N, the "2-0" line should be no less than 14.1N, the "0" line should be no less than 21.2N, and the "1" line should be no less than 26.7N.

Packaging and Cleaning

The product is treated with EO sterilization and is used for sterile product. The packing is broken and prohibited.

Storage Requirements

Product should be stored in-door in a well-ventilated condition with a relative humidity not higher than 80% and without any corrosive gases.

Package

The inside and outside of this product are blister box, medium box and transport packaging. The inner packaging is made of PET blister box, heat-sealed Tyvek 1059B dialysis paper; the middle box is made of carton; the transport box is made of corrugated box. The stapler is sterilized at the factory and can be used directly.
