The Disposable Trocar consists of two main parts: the Trocar Cannula Assembly and the Puncture Rod Assembly. The Cannula Assembly has an upper shell, valve body, valve core, choke valve, and lower casing. The Puncture Rod Assembly has a puncture cap, button puncture tube, and piercing head. It is sterilized with ethylene oxide and is only in contact with the human body for a maximum of 60 minutes.
This device is used to create microports for endoscopes and laparoscopic instruments. It has many features, such as a visible puncture design with a transparent tip to prevent accidental tissue injury. It also has a double valve design for good air tightness, which eliminates the need for a converter during operation. The cannula and sealing caps can be separated, making it easy to remove tissue during operation. The ergonomic grip design ensures comfortable handling, while the reverse thread design allows for smooth insertion and prevents undesired movement and operation. Finally, the fin type design ensures smooth insertion and minimizes tissue damage.
